The Argiolas Cheeses is a modern industry of transformation that operates in the Milk-Caseario field from about 50 years. The plant is located in the Emilio Lussu street of Dolianova, important center 20 Km from Cagliari. The productive staff is composed of approximately 40 fixed workers and 15/20 on a season basis. In the 6000 mq assigned to the working transforms 10,000,000 liters of Milk a year, from which are obtained 2,000,000 of Kg of finished product. The cheese comes distributed in Italy and to the foreign country through the CE.DI. situated in Monteveglio near Bologna. The main company customers are General Supermarkets, Carrefour, Coop. Italy, Conad, Ipermercati Carrefour, Auchan, Rinascente SMA Supermarkets, Ipermercati Pam, Bennet, ESD, Sigma, Crai. The force of the company resides in the ability to marry the ancient traditions of Sardinian's casearia with the modern technologies. In this way we guarantee a perfect hygiene in the production and the absolute quality of cheeses, producted  exclusively with Sardinian Milk. The main priority of Argiolas Cheeses is the consumer satisfaction always and however, with absolute certainty of the product's healthy guaranteed from a laboratory that controls in  every detail the phase of the working. Company  is equipped of  of self-control system  H.A.C.C.P. and it has obtained certification ISO 9002 in the 1997 from part of the Certi Agro. We are the first casearia company certifyd ISO 9002 in Sardinia. It is forecast within the first months of 2003, to certify  ISO 14000 low, it regards the hambient. The actual commercial organization is thus composed: a director trades , a sales manager, a channel Iper manager, 12 sales agents. The sales are shared to 80% in channel GDO, to 5% in the channel of the detail, 15 for hundreds in the channel of the wholesalers. Currently the market share in Italy in the specific field of ovine cheeses from table (to exclusion of the roman pecorino ) is about 7%. The sales thus are shared: 93% in Italy - 7% Foreign country.

Times and modality of delivery: In Italy from 2 to 4 days from the order, the foreign country from 4 to 6 days from the order, while in Sardinia within 2 days from the order.
